Automated emails

Today, we're introducing automated emails. Now, the Form and payments block has a built-in email-sending feature. This feature can be used to notify customers about a successful form submission or successful payment.

The logic is simple:

  • One letter can be sent after the form is submitted. This letter is configured in the Settings field of a Form.
  • Another letter can be sent after the payment is received. This letter is configured in the Payments field.

When configuring a letter, you can use our templates or write it from scratch.
